We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Global Experiences team, where we deliver impactful meetings, incentive trips, conferences, and live events for leading global brands. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings creativity, problem-solving, and client partnership to every program.
As an Account Manager, you’ll own the full lifecycle of event planning and execution—from concept through onsite delivery—while ensuring every client experience is seamless, memorable, and on strategy.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute a variety of corporate meetings, conferences, incentives, and tradeshows (10–1,000 attendees), both domestic and international.
- Partner with clients to define event goals, objectives, and success measures; provide strategic recommendations that align with business priorities.
- Manage event logistics end-to-end, including venue sourcing, contract negotiation, accommodations, F&B, A/V, transportation, and program materials.
- Oversee registration process and database management, ensuring smooth attendee communications and reporting.
- Lead onsite execution, managing staff, vendors, and client expectations to deliver flawless experiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Creative, Program Operations, Leadership) to develop marketing collateral, workflows, and deliverables.
- Track and manage budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting, invoice reconciliation, and final billing.
- Build strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and industry resource.
- Contribute to team success, supporting new business proposals, sharing best practices, and mentoring junior team members when needed.
Required & Preferred Skills
- 3+ years of experience planning and executing meetings, incentives, or large-scale events (agency experience preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree required; CMP certification a plus.
- Proven ability to negotiate, problem-solve, and adapt quickly under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to influence and inspire confidence with clients and vendors alike.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); experience with registration/event technology platforms a plus.
- Financial acumen with experience in budget management and reconciliation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% (domestic and international).
Salary Range: $70,000-$90,000
The salary range for this position will be determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, and the geographic location of the candidate.
